Tuesdays=Sleep in days

Tuesdays, as most WoW players know, are maintanence days. This is when realms are down for approx. 6 hours while Blizzard restarts the servers. However, there is a patch today, which means that servers could be down until midnight or 1 AM- like they were last week. This paladin is not counting on being able to raid tonight. >:(

So, what do I do while realms are down? Clean, catch up on laundry, or sleep in. I just got a new video game for the xbox 360, so I might play that as well.

OMG N00BS!

Most days, I don't mind people asking questions in trade chat. However, there are some days (usually a day or two after a patch) that it totally pisses me off. When it comes to patches, there are lovely patch notes for you to read while the patch is downloading that tells you what the patch is changing in game. I cannot stand people that do not read the patch notes- they were right there in your face! You can even go to the world of warcraft site and look up patch notes from the current and previous patches.

Do everyone a favor- read your patch notes!

wowhead.com- great website for needing to look up an item, or for help on that quest or achievement that you just can't figure out. I prefer this website to thottbot.com though you will run into people that will say one is better than the other.

wowjuju.com/repcalc- this is the know-all reputation calculator for all reputations in game. The website includes what you need to do in order to increase your rep with a certain faction, and the number of dungeons, items, etc to reach exalted.

First Post!

A short introduction: This blog will mainly be about my favorite (some call it my only) hobby- World of Warcraft. I play a holy paladin on Drenden- US. A goal that I have for this blog is to explore healing with a holy paladin, since up until now I have played a resto shaman through ICC content. While the playing styles for the classes are different, there are some similarities between them (which I will be exploring in a day or two).
